I write about my out of body experiences here. Some people believe OBEs are real, in that the spirit or soul leaves the body. Some believe that they are a subconscious experience of the normal waking construct our minds create to experience reality and therefore, are not truly real. I’m looking for proof one way or the other.
I have also experienced visions where my eyes are closed and a scene is played out before them, and lucid dreaming where I wake up in my dreams and have some fun.
Lucid dreams are very different than an OBE as you are aware of rapid time-lining, bizarre circumstances, and active story lines. In an OBE life just is, and you are consciously exploring what that means.
